Before work begins

If you cancel before ContractorOpsLab has begun service work or reviewed submitted materials, you may request a full refund by emailing support@contractorsoplab.com.

After work begins

Because workflow audits, project breach claim workups, security breach claim workups, fixed-price downloadable form packs, and the $9 BreachClaim action packet are professional or digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, materials have been reviewed, digital-product access has been provided, or the paid packet-builder handoff has been delivered. For digital products, completing checkout requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the purchase becomes non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law or if ContractorOpsLab does not deliver the product as described. ContractorOpsLab may, in its discretion, issue a partial refund for unused custom work if a project is cancelled early.

Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and defective files

Contact support promptly if you were charged more than once, did not receive access, or received a file that cannot be opened or materially differs from the published package description. ContractorOpsLab will verify the payment and delivery records and, as appropriate, restore access, replace or correct the file, reverse a duplicate charge, or provide another remedy required by law.

Scope mismatch

If the fit call or submitted materials show that the requested service is not appropriate for your business or dispute, ContractorOpsLab may decline the project and refund amounts paid for work not performed.

Delivery issues

If you believe a deliverable was not provided as agreed, contact support within 14 days of delivery. ContractorOpsLab will review the issue and may correct the deliverable, clarify the scope, or offer another appropriate resolution.

How to request a refund
